broken elevator heavy suitcases
The staff were friendly. That was acceptable I guess.
The elevator was often broken. It wasn't consistently working. I found myself regretting my decision to pack heavy. Lugging suitcases up several flights of stairs wasn't the highlight of my stay.

train station friendly staff free coffee small room limited options noisy air conditioning
the location was very close to the train station. the staff was friendly, especially the person at the front desk. free coffee and sweets were available, i really liked it.
The room felt a bit small for my taste. breakfast had limited options. I wished for more variety. the air conditioning was a little noisy at night, it bothered me.

great location different area tiny elevator disruptive noise
The location were great for travel about the city. It were easy to access different areas from nearby stations. Breakfast were available. I appreciate the many options.
The elevator are tiny. It cause some inconvenience. It were difficult when I had large bags. The heater made noise randomly. I found it disruptive during the night.

Excellent stay near Gare du Nord
helpful staff central location modern furnishings good soundproofing
The staff was so friendly and helpful with our luggage upon arrival. The location was good, just a short walk to the city center and various restaurants. The room itself had modern furnishings and good soundproofing, blocking out street noise. I liked the check-out time being at 12:00, it gave me extra time.
The lift was small, which could be difficult for people with large luggage.

The superior double room included large windows that overlook the street, providing great light. Air conditioning was a feature that i used, it kept the room at a pleasant temperature. The beds proved comfortable.

I saw the reception always had coffee, tea and some sweets . This provides a convenient option for a quick snack or drink. The courtyard offered a peaceful escape from the city.

The staff showed genuine kindness and provided prompt responses, whenever i needed something. They also allowed us to take breakfast, when we needed to check out early. I found this level of accommodation excellent.
